The objectives and purposes of this Association are as follows:
To maintain the honor and dignity of the profession of law;
To promote legal science and the administration of justice;
To promote and maintain the efficiency and integrity of the judicial department of the government;
To preserve high standards of integrity, honor, and courtesy in the legal profession;
To uphold and defend the Constitutions of the State of Missouri and the
United States and maintain a democratic representative government;
To exert an influence within the community for the promotion of the common good, and
To cultivate fraternity among its members.
Provided, however, no part of the net earnings of the Association shall inure to the benefit of, or be distributable to its members, officers or other private persons except that the Association shall be authorized and empowered to pay reasonable compensation for services rendered.

Bar Association meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month.

The 2011 St. Charles County Bar Association annual fees are due. The SCCBA is proud to offer a wide range benefits to our members including monthly meetings providing opportunities for members to chat with judges outside the courtroom environment; member-only web services, association-sponsored CLE seminars, committees dedicated to criminal, civil and family law, annual Bar Association picnic and Christmas party.
